Alexandra's Turkey Stuffing

This turkey stuffing has dried cranberries and pine nuts in it. What a great flavor and texture to add to your turkey.
Ingredients
- 2 cups wild rice
- 2 lbs chopped beef
- 1 small can crushed tomatoes
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pine nuts
- Fresh a small bunch of curly parsley (no stems)
- About a teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- Fresh pepper and salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 4 tablespoons Grand Marnier liquor
- Butter NOT margarine or spread
- 6-7 cups chicken stock to boil rice

Method
Boil chicken stock, and add wild rice in medium heat. When wild rice is ready take some butter and stir in wild rice while it's hot. In a separate heated pan add butter, chestnuts and pine nuts and stir until lightly golden brown. Don't overcook. Then add in wild rice. In a separate heated pot add butter, then onions and cook until lightly golden brown. Add chopped meat, crushed tomatoes, a little water if needed and cook well. Add cinnamon, allspice, pepper, salt and liquor. When cooked turn off heat, and add chopped parsley, mint, dried cranberries, rice, chestnuts and pine nuts. Combine all together and stuff turkey when turkey is done.
