Ingredients:
| 2 tsp | Olive Oil |
| 4 | Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
| 1 | Carrot, thinly sliced |
| 2 cups | Fresh Broccoli Flowerettes |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, minced |
| ⅔ cup | Chicken Broth |
| 1 tsp | Dried Basil |
| 12 oz | Angel Hair Pasta, cooked and drained |
| ½ cup | Parmesan Cheese |
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet; add chicken. Cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken. Add veggies to skillet; cook 2 minutes. Add broth & basil to skillet. Simmer 4 minutes. Put pasta on serving platter. Top with chicken mixture & sprinkle with cheese.
