Angel hair pasta is topped with a savory mix of kielbasa sausage, sauerkraut, zucchini, onion and garlic.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb angel hair pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lb kielbasa, cubed
  • 1 8 oz can sauerkraut
  • 1 small to medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 sweet pepper, any color, chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cup cubed zucchini
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method

Prepare pasta according to directions. Prepare all ingredients in a large skillet and heat on medium heat. Add onion, pepper, garlic and zucchini. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Stir after 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Drain pasta and stir in butter. Serve kielbasa mixture over pasta.
