My take on an Anti Pasto salad we get at our favorite Chicago pizzeria

Ingredients:

1 bag European or Italian Salad, make sure it has radicchio lettuce in it! yum!
½ lb sliced Provolne Cheese
½ lb sliced Salami of Choice
½ lb Miscellaneous Deli Olives, kalamata, greek green, green stuffed with feta cheese
12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
½ Purple Onion, sliced into half moons
8 or So Pepperoncini Peppers, whole
Large Croutons, if desired
Italian Dressing, homemade preferred but use your favorite

Directions:

Layer lettuce on a large serving plate first, then stack other ingredients in "piles" over the top.

Serve with the Italian dressing.
