Asian Sensation Sandwich

Healthy eating never tasted better--grilled chicken with a savory Oriental sauce, bok choy cabbage and onion all tucked in pita bread.
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- Bok choy cabbage
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ginger
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 3 ounces grilled chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 pitas

Method
Saute onion and grilled chicken breast with 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce. Slice garlic, ginger into small bits then combine with soy sauce, remaining hosin sauce and peanut butter. Spread mixture lightly on inside of pita. Add chicken breast and bok choy.
