Try this hot and sour soup to add new flavor to dinner. The recipe has no meat, so vegetarian guests can enjoy it too.
Heat chicken broth to boiling. Add pork, bamboo, woodears (drained), bean curd and mushrooms. Return to boiling and add salt, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, red pepper sauce and vinegar mixing. Continue boiling for total time of 20 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and keep stirring until soup is thickened. Pour beaten eggs gently over the top. Turn off heat and stir eggs into soup. Add sesame oil and top with green onions when plating.
