
Flour tortillas are spread with refried beans and sprinkled with cheese, then browned in skillet. Serve as an appetizer cut in wedges or as a sandwich with salsa, lettuce, tomato, and/or olives, as you wish.
Spray skillet with Pam. Brown one side of one tortilla. Spread unbrowned side with beans; sprinkle with cheese. Add the other tortilla. Flip to brown the other side. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa, lettuce, tomato, and olives.
Notes:
Use fat-free products, if you wish.
