|3 Tbsp||Cooking Oil|
|⅓ cup||Pop Corn Kernels|
|6 oz||Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips|
|6 oz||White Chocolate Chips|
|Salt, to taste|
Pour 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1/3 cup of pop corn (white or yellow) into any heavy, 3 quart or larger pan with a lid. Cover pan and shake gently over medium high heat, allowing steam to escape from popping kernels. Remove pan from heat immediately when popping stops or it will quickly burn. Carefully pour popped kernels into large bowl. Season to taste with salt.
Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat on 50% power for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir. Continue this process until the chocolate is almost melted. Then stir until the chocolate is smooth.
Do the same with the melted white chocolate chips.
Spread the popped corn on a cookie sheet into one layer. Next, drizzle the semi-sweet chocolate over the popcorn. You can do this my dipping a spoon into the chocolate and sweeping the spoon back and fourth over the chocolate.
Use the same method for the white chocolate. Don't be afraid to get chocolate everywhere, Bounty will help you clean it up.
Let the chocolate harden up for a few hours (if you can resist!) Place in a bowl and serve!
