A fast and easy pasta dish made with sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and capers.
Cook noodles as directed. Chop tomatoes into thin slices. Mix oil, garlic, tomatoes and capers. n When noodles are done, drain and toss with the rest of the ingredients. Serve.
Notes:
This recipe can be easily made into a great main dish by adding 2-3 cups of diced chicken, turkey or grilled salmon. It's also wonderful topped with feta cheese and toasted pinenuts.
