This healthy side filled with yogurt and cucumber is flavored with dill and garlic for a great addition to any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon finely snipped fresh dill
- or 1 teaspoon ground dried dill
- 2 - 3 large garlic cloves, chopped and crushed
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
- 3 - 4 parsley sprigs

Method
Mix yogurt, dill, and garlic in a glass or ceramic bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Gently stir in the cucumber pieces just before serving. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
