Method
Bake the potatoes until they are done; boil or steam the broccoli until it is soft, and fry the bacon until crisp. Once the potatoes are done, cut them up into bite-size pieces. Cut the broccoli, bacon, and cheddar cheese into bite-size pieces too. Put all the ingredients that we just talked about into a bowl and mix them together with the cream of chicken soup. In a baking dish cut up the stick of butter and lay it along the bottom, then add all the contents in the bowl into the baking dish. Add the shredded cheese on top of the potato mixture. Then let it bake until it's a light golden color. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes: Use as much bacon as you want. It all just depends on your taste.
Number of Servings: 5-6
