Cheesy Deep-Dish Pizza

Cream cheese is combined with eggs, veggies, cheese and seasonings to form the "crust," baked and covered with pizza sauce and toppers.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Garden Vegetable cream cheese, softened
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 cup shredded pizza-blend cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup seasoning blend (onion, celery, pepper & parsley)
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Method
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat at low speed to mix. Add pizza-blend cheese, fennel seeds and oregano. Spray a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray. Put 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese in the pan; pour cream cheese-egg mixture over. Sprinkle with seasoning blend. Bake at 375F about 30 minutes until set. Take out of the oven and spread with pizza sauce. Layer with mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage and olives. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly and browned.
