Chicken Curry Pizza

A prepared pizza crust is topped with curry sauce, chicken, mushrooms, bean sprouts, red onion and plenty of cheese.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of your favorite curry sauce
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken
- 2 cups pizza cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- Handful raw fresh bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup sliced and diced red onion
- 1 large prepared pizza crust

Smear curry sauce on pizza crust like you would tomato sauce, leaving one inch around edges. Sprinkle with onion, then chicken, then bean sprouts and mushrooms on top of sauce. Sprinkle cheese evenly over toppings, leaving 1/2 inch around edges. Bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on pizza pan and amount of toppings, in an oven preheated to 400 degrees. Pizza is done when cheese is melted and just starting to brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Notes: I use a pizza stone to make this. I have also used a metal pizza pan, but the results are always better on a stone. I prefer Patak's Korma curry sauce.
