Chicken Giggle

Chicken baked in a creamy mushroom and celery flavored sauce, served over rice-so easy.
 

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 2 Tbsp celery seed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 1 package of chicken drum sticks (10 to 14 legs)
  • 4 onions quartered and chopped (not too small)
  • 2 cups rice
 
Method

Lightly coat the bottom of a large saucepan with oil. Saute onions until transparent. Add both soups with reqired amount of water. Cook and stir on medium until soup is blended. Add the chicken. Cook on medium for half an hour, then reduce heat and simmer on low for half hour. Serve over rice with a vegetable of your choice on the side.
