|1 cup||Soy Sauce|
|2 bunches||Green Onions, sliced|
|Hot Cooked Rice|
Stir together sugar, soy sauce, water, and green onion in large bowl. Add chicken thighs and marinate at least 2 hours. Transfer to skillet and cook on stove until chicken is done. Serve chicken over rice.
You can use other parts of chicken but we found the thighs are the most tender.
