Crescent rolls are filled with a tasty shredded chicken and cheese combination then topped with creamy chicken soup. Just bake and serve.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 16 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pkg shredded cheddar cheese about 4 oz
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
 
Method

Boil chicken until cooked and heat soup. Add 1/4 can of milk to make soup creamier, if desired. Allow chicken to cool and shred it with 2 forks. Combine shredded chicken with shredded cheese and roll up inside crescent rolls. Place rolls in a glass baking dish and cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until brown on top.

 

Notes: You will want the top of the dish to be quite browned to insure the rolls are cooked thoroughly.
