Chickie-Shroom Pizza

Alfredo sauce is spread on a prepared crust and topped with a cooked mixture of portabellos, onion and chicken. Swiss cheese and fresh basil complete the pizza.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced baby portabello mushrooms
- 1/2 medium sweet onion, cut into thin rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup prepared alfredo sauce (such as Ragu)
- 1, 12 to 14-inch prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups packaged shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, torn

Preheat oven to 400. Heat olive oil in sautepan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Saute until slightly tender. Remove from heat. Drain on paper towels. In bowl, stir together diced cooked chicken, mushrooms, garlic, and onions. Spread alfredo sauce onto pizza crust. Sprinkle with pepper. Top with shredded cheese. Add chicken, mushroom, garlic and onion topping. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven. Top with torn basil leaves. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
