Coleslaw Crunch Salad

Packaged coleslaw mix, with shredded cabbage and carrots, makes this an easy vegetable salad. Dressing is flavored with Ramen noodle seasoning.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 2.8-oz. pkgs. beef-flavored ramen noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 16-oz. pkg. shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)(about 8 cups)
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 medium carrots, chopped or shredded (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds

Method
For dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar, and the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles. Set aside. In a very large bowl, combine the dry ramen noodles, cabbage mix, almonds, carrots, green onions, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle dressing over the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat.
