Corn Pudding


A great way to use the cream-style corn on the shelf. It makes a tasty side dish.



Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Canned Corn, cream-style  
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour  
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar  
  • Salt and pepper to taste  
  • 4 Eggs, well-beaten  
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted  
  • 2 Cups Milk

Method

Mix corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add eggs to butter and milk, then mix with corn. Pour into buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
