Cranberry Turkey Croissants

These croissants are filled with cranberries, turkey and white cheddar cheese. Spread the rolls with mustard before filling.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 croissants, split
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 4 slices cooked turkey
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese

Method

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine orange juice and dried cranberries. Cook on high 1 minute. Let Stand. Spread cut edges of croissants with mustard. Drain cranberries if any liquid remains. Sprinkle over mustard. Top with turkey and cheese. Replace tops. Serve.

 

Notes: This is a fun lunch or quick dinner entree, made with holiday ingredients.
