Creamy Chicken Artichoke Pasta

This pasta dish is prepared with a fresh artichoke and the perfect blend of seasonings. The creamy finish makes for a delightful meal.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 3 cups spaghetti noodles
- 1 fresh artichoke

Method
Boil artichoke for 25-30 minutes. Remove heart and dice into small pieces. Cut chicken breasts into thin strips and cook in olive oil in a skillet. Begin to boil spaghetti noodles in a separate pot. Add artichoke heart and butter to chicken. Stir until diced and smashed artichoke heart coats chicken breast strips. Add parsley, sea salt, ground pepper, oregano, rosemary then stir until chicken is coated. Add milk, at low temperature, and let simmer until chicken strips are well coated in creamy sauce. Drain spaghetti noodles then coat in olive oil and parsley. Serve noodles with chicken artichoke mixture on top.
