Creamy Slaw

Chopped tomato adds a dash of red to a creamy, green cabbage slaw.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 head shredded cabbage
  • 1-2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • Splash cider vinegar
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Method

Mix all ingedients together in a large bowl. Chill overnight and serve.

 

Notes: This was my Grandma's recipe.
