
Shrimp and sweet and hot peppers in a cream cheese sauce makes an easy and tasty meal over pasta.
In a large skillet over medium heat add the olive oil. Stir in the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add the chives, garlic, and peppers. Cook 3 minutes more. Reduce heat to low and add the cheese and milk and stir just until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in the salt. Serve immediately over pasta.
