Crispy Green Beans

Garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese add great flavor to this simple, healthy fresh side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, tips removed
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method
Blanch beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain and pour olive oil into a large nonstick fry pan and heat. Add beans and spices. Cook until beans are nicely browned and slightly crisp. Top with Parmesan.
