Easter Muffs

These miniature sandwiches are great for picnics, as appetizers or for the big game. Loaded with meat and a tasty olive spread they are tasty.
Ingredients
- 10 oz stuffed olives, chopped
- 5 tbsp honey mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ripe peeled tomato, chopped
- 1 loaf French or Italian bread
- 1/2 lb baked ham, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb Genoa salami, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb baked pork, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb baby Swiss

Method
Mix olives, oil, tomato and mustard. Split bread lengthwise. Layer ham, Swiss, pork and salami on one side of loaf. Spread olive mixture on other half. Put both halves together and slice entire loaf into 1 1/2 inch slices.
Notes:
Number of Servings: each loaf makes about 15 finger sandwiches
