Cajun, onion powder and garlic powder add great flavor to this meatloaf. The Worcestershire in the sauce really spices things up nicely, too.

  • Servings: 4-6


2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Ketchup
¼ Yellow Onion, finely chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1× 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce


Combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix well. If loaf seems dry, add water to moisten. Form into a loaf and place into baking pan. Mix tomato sauce, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Fill tomato sauce can half way with water and add to mixture. Pour over meatloaf and place in a 350 degree oven, covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and baste sauce over loaf and cook an additional 20 minutes.
