Ingredients:
| 12 oz | Evaporated Skim Milk |
| 1 cup | Nonfat Dry Milk |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste | |
| 6 Tbsp | Margarine |
| 4 cups | Cooked Enriched Macaroni |
| 12 oz | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Directions:
Cook macaroni per directions on package. Over low heat, combine the evaporated milk with the dry milk. Add salt, pepper, margarine and macaroni. Fold in cheese and pour into a pan spayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes.
Helpful Tips:
This is gooey and satisfying, but not too heavy.
