Easy Pita Pizzas

These pizzas take less than 15 minutes from start to finish and allow creativity.Ingredients
- Pita Toppings:
- Arugula
- Baby spinach
- Zuchinni, thin sliced
- Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, chopped Onion, thinly sliced
- Garlic, sliced
- Olive oil
- Mozzarella cheese

Method
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Move rack to center. Slice pita in half horizontally to make 2 rounds. Place on baking pan, layer ingredients, keeping leafy items on bottom. Add mozzarella cheese and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Place in oven about 8 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
