Egg In The Hole

A hole is cut in a piece of bread and placed in a skillet. An egg is dropped into the hole, sprinkled with seasoned salt & pepper, and they are cooked together.
Ingredients
- One Slice Bread
- One egg
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Pepper
- Butter

Heat non-stick skillet. Cut a 3-inch circle out of the bread slice. Butter both sides of bread and place in heated skillet. Crack egg into the hole in the bread. Sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoned Salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes on medium heat. Flip bread and egg together and cook another 2 minutes for soft yolk or 3 minutes for firm yolk.
Notes: This is a delicious super-fast recipe and my grown up children still love this! Serve with fruit or a couple of Little Smokies for a complete breakfast.
