With green beans, corn, onion, tomatoes and pineapple, this chilled chicken and pasta dish must be tried.

  • Servings: 10-12


3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 box Penne Pasta
12 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Chopped Pineapple
1 Red Onion
1 can Corn
½ lb Green Beans, steamed
1 bottle Italian Dressing


Cook pasta to preferred texture. Cook chicken breasts with salt and pepper and chop into bite size pieces. Chop onion into small bite size pieces. In a large mixing bowl, mix onion, green beans and all other canned ingredients. Add salad dressing and allow to marinate for thirty minutes in fridge. Once chicken and pasta have cooled, add to mixing bowl and mix completely, allow to chill for thirty minutes in fridge. Serve chilled with fresh warm French bread.
