Fireman Sandwich and Hot Dipping Sauce

Ham, turkey, roast beef and Swiss cheese with tomatoes, lettuce and hot peppers and a hot mustard dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 whole tomatoes
- 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
- 1 lb smoked ham
- 1 lb smoked turkey
- 1 lb Swiss cheese
- 2-4 Jalapeno peppers
- 2-4 Banana peppers
- 1 loaf fresh French bread
- 1 bottle French mustard
- 1/2 bottle hot sauce
- 1 whole peppercorn
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper

Slice lettuce into thin shreds. Slice tomatoes then sprinkle with salt and pepper, set aside. Slice French bread into 2 halves, and then slice each half through the middle to form 2 sandwiches. Place a layer of Swiss cheese on each piece of bread and toast in oven or toaster oven until melted. Next, layer with roast beef, smoked turkey and ham. Add lettuce, tomatoes and peppers. Cut each sandwich into fourths and spear with a toothpick. For dipping sauce, mix mustard, peppercorn, salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Serve sauce in a dipping cup along with sandwich.
Notes: Make sure to warn your guest this sauce is hot--serve with lemonade or water.
