Greek salad with a interesting combination of sweet and salty flavors. Low fat dressing makes it an extra healthy choice.
Simply toss all ingredients, except the dressing and pitas, into a large bowl. Before serving, toss the salad with the dressing. Serve warmed pitas on the side.
Notes:
This recipe has a slight twist on the usual Greek salad. The tart chewiness of the cranberries makes a wonderful complement to the saltiness of the feta cheese.
