Green Bean Casserole

This fancier version of the old green bean casserole adds sour cream and pimiento to the green beans and cream of mushroom soup. French fried onions top this holiday side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 9 oz. packages frozen French-style green beans
- 2 7 1/2 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. diced pimiento
- 2/3 cup of French fried onions

Method
Cook beans as directed on package, drain. In an oven-safe dish, combine soup, sour cream, and pimiento. Stir in green beans. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, cover with onions, and bake another 5 to 7 minutes.
