Grilled Kielbasa with Grilled Beets

Bibb lettuce is the base for this meal. Kielbasa sausage is combined with beets, tangerines. The tangerine and mustard dressing brings everything together.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs smoked kielbasa sausage
- 4 medium beets
- 1 large red onion
- 3 tangerines
- 2 tbsp coarse mustard
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 small head Bibb lettuce

Method
Grill kielbasa 7-12 minutes per side, turning once. Peel beets and slice 1/4 inch then grill 5-7 minutes per side. Peel and slice onion, then peel and segment 2 tangerines. In a small bowl, juice remaining tangerine and whisk in mustard to combine. Arrange lettuce on 4 plates. Slice sausage and place on lettuce. Add beets, tangerine segments and onion to plate. Drizzle mustard sauce over plates and add chopped hazelnuts.
