Grilled Parmesan Corn

Looking for a way to cook that corn you picked up at the farmers market? Try these grilled-corn specialties and you'll need to go buy more corn.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 ears fresh corn
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine - softened
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Method

Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread butter mixture on corn and place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil; wrap tightly. Grill corn over medium coals 20 to 30 minutes, turning several times.
