I crush ritz crackers in the bottom of a soup mug, the put in some small chunks of extra sharp cheddar cheese and pour the hot soup over it and give it a couple of stirs... sometimes I like it plain with a handful of crushed doritos....

I enjoy putting corn chips and cheddar cheese on top. I also like it with Cheese Nips or Cheddar Gold Fish
