How often do you use your indoor grill ?
Sherry, we use our grill more in the summer than in the winter. I wish it had the removable plates like yours - that would make it much easier to clean. I think your grill does a larger variety of foods than ours.

Testing a Grill
That's a good idea, Sherry. I'll try using a thermometer. My grill is old and it can be set low or high but there are no temperatures listed.
I tried to cook bacon on it the other night after you said how well yours worked. It was still not cooked after 10 minutes with the thing set on high so that's what made me wonder if it is starting to not heat properly.

Cooking Bacon
Sherry, thanks for letting us know the bacon cooked so well on the grill. I may have to get some just so I can try it - LOVE bacon but it is a rare treat in this house.

I've never tried to cook meat with bones in it on the grill. I have a feeling with the ridges, it just wouldn't work well.
