Healthy Egg Sandwich

A healthy twist on the traditional egg salad sandwich--just mix a hardboiled egg with garlic flavored hummus.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 heaping tablespoon garlic hummus
  • 1 hard boiled egg

Method

Dice egg and mix with garlic hummus to form an egg salad consistency. Smooth mixture on top of one slice of bread. Place other slice on top to make one healthy and yummy egg salad sandwich.
