Hearty Garden Pizza

Pre-made pizza crust, salsa, and a selection of fresh veggies is all it takes to make this healthy, vegetarian pizza.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped eggplant
- 1/4 cup finely chopped squash
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Sauce:
- 2 cups mild and chunky salsa
- Crust:
- 1 13.8 oz can pizza crust

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased 15 X 10 X 1 inch pan, press dough in bottom and up sides. Mix vegetables and set aside. Spread salsa evenly over crust, add vegetables over salsa, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until crust is brown, 13-17 minutes.
