Honey-Orange Carrots

Frozen whole baby carrots are cooked in orange juice, honey, margarine and nutmeg until tender and the sauce mixture forms a glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 14-oz. pkg. Green Giant Frozen Whole Baby Carrots
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Method
In medium saucepan, combine carrots, orange juice, honey, margarine and nutmeg; cook over med-high heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover; continue cooking until carrots are tender and mixture has thickened, 5 to 10 minutes more. Stir in parsley.
