Impossibly Easy Chicken 'N Broccoli Pie from Betty Crocker®

The whole family will enjoy this savory pie. Loaded with chicken and cheese, it’s a great way to serve broccoli and gluten free!

1× 12 oz bag Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Chopped Broccoli, thawed and drained
1½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Cut-up & Cooked Chicken
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
½ cup Original Bisquick Gluten Free Mix
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle broccoli, 1 cup cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes.
