These burgers are a different spin on dinner. Italian sausage patties smothered in a blue cheese and spaghetti sauce topping, yummy.
Form sausage into 4 patties. Fry in skillet without any oil on low/medium heat. Mix blue cheese spread and spaghetti sauce. Set aside. When patties are cooked through, spread with blue cheese/spaghetti sauce mix. Pile cheddar cheese on top of spread. Cover and allow to melt. Transfer to plate. Spread buns with butter and garlic. Toast in pan on both sides. Assemble burgers. Serve with fries, salad or fruit of choice.
