Jack O Lantern Pizza

This is a great dish geared towards early fall but would be great for an easy dinner anytime.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas (medium size)
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Mozarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings

Method

Put flour tortilla on cookie sheet, top with about two tablespoons spaghetti sauce, and your favorite mozarella cheese. From the second tortilla cut out a jack o lantern face, place on top of cheese, and use your imagination with filling in the face. You can use black olives for the eyes, pepperoni, or fresh tomatoes for the mouth. Their are lots of variations for the face. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and olive oil. Put in to a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.

 

Notes: This is great for the children. My children love to put the cheese on. You can make some silly looking fun pizza for the whole family.
