An easy to prepare, one-dish chicken dinner with carrots, onions, garlic and a tomato flavored sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 onions
  • 1/2 bulb garlic, sliced
  • 2-3 lb chicken cut up
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Salt, pepper and paprika, to taste
  • 1 bunch carrots (cut up)

Method

Saute cut up onions in oil after sprinkling with salt, pepper and paprika. Add garlic, salt, pepper and paprika to chicken. Squirt ketchup over onions and chicken. Add carrots. Cook covered on low flame for 1 and 1/2 hours.

 

Notes: Do not add any water. Amount of ketchup used is to individual taste.
