|Prepared Pizza Crust|
|2 stalks||Green Onions|
|¼ cup||Bacon Pieces|
|1 cup||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|1 cup||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|1 Tbsp||Melted Butter|
|½ tsp||Minced Garlic|
|Salt & Pepper|
Heat oven according to pizza crust baking instructions, typically 425-450 degrees. Peel potatoes and rinse with water. Wrap each potato in a paper towel and place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for about 5 minutes. After cooking, keep potatoes wrapped in paper towels and set aside.
Place pizza crust on a well-sprayed pizza pan or baking sheet. Brush crust with melted butter until completely covered. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle crust until covered with mozzarella cheese.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and spread out on the pizza.
Rinse and chop green onion stalks into small pieces, sprinkle over pizza. Sprinkle bacon pieces. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over pizza.
Bake about 10-15 minutes. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
