| ¼ cup | Coarsely Chopped, pitted kalamata olives |
| 1½ Tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 2 tsp | Minced Fresh Oregano |
| Salt & Ground Black Pepper, to taste | |

Directions:
Mix all Filling ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve in pita bread, or on whatever kind of bread you like. Garnish with tomato slices, if desired.
