|1 cup||Coriander Seed|
|¼ cup||Green Cardamom|
|½ cup||Seasame Seed|
Pound coriander remove shell and use only the seeds. In same manner pound cardamom and use only the seeds.
Combine all ingredients and dry roast in a pan till the colour changes slightly, I'd say about a minute or two. Keep moving it around so that it is roasted evenly.
Cool. A sweetner can be added, I don't but I know of friends who do. Also can be added are tiny silver beads. Store in a glass jar.
Use as and when required.
