|6||Boneless Chicken Thighs or Breasts, i like bone-in|
|1 pkg||Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice|
|1-can||Campbell's, or other, cream of chicken soup|
|1-can||Campbell's, or other, cream of mushroom soup|
|1||Soup Can of Water, use the empty soup can|
|1 pkg||Lipton Onion Soup Mix--divided|
|*optional: 1-cup of "additional" Rice 9recipe Stretcher); Plus Additional Can of Water|
1. Mix UB's Long Grain rice, with the cans of soup; 1/2 package of the onion soup mix; add the optional cup of rice if you choose to "stretch" the recipe.
2.Place chicken over rice, and sprinkle remaining soup mix over.
3. Cover with foil, and bake at 325* for approximately 2 1/2 hours-or until the chicken is done, and the rice is cooked. (oven varies)
