|3 cups||Old Fashioned Oats|
|½ cup||Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds|
|½ cup||Soy Nuts|
|½ cup||Unsweetened Cocount Flakes|
|½ cup||Wheat Germ|
|½ cup||Flax Seeds|
|2 cups||Your Choice of Any Combination of The Following Nuts, broken into smaller pieces: almonds, pecans, walnuts, or cashews. (i almost always use: ½ cup slivered almonds, ½ cup walnuts, and 1 cup of pecans|
|½ cup||Vegetable Oil|
|½ cup||Sugar Free Pancake Syrup|
|⅓ cup||Peanut Butter|
|¼ tsp||Sea Salt|
|1 tsp||Real Vanilla Extract|
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray Pam inside a large roasting pan. Dump all ingredients from oats through the nuts in pan and stir.
In a saucepan, warm/melt together the remaining ingredients. Once it is all melted together, pour over the mixture in the pan and stir til it is well coated.
Put pan into oven for a total of 1 and half to 2 hours (you'll know when it's done!) but you must stir the mixture once every 20 minutes!! Remove from oven and allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
