Nuts N Granola

Ingredients:

| Granola: | |
| 3 cups | Old Fashioned Oats |
| ½ cup | Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds |
| ½ cup | Soy Nuts |
| ½ cup | Unsweetened Cocount Flakes |
| ½ cup | Wheat Germ |
| ½ cup | Flax Seeds |
| 2 cups | Your Choice of Any Combination of The Following Nuts, broken into smaller pieces: almonds, pecans, walnuts, or cashews. (i almost always use: ½ cup slivered almonds, ½ cup walnuts, and 1 cup of pecans |
| Sauce: | |
| ½ cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 3 Tbsp | Butter |
| 1 cup | Splenda |
| ½ cup | Sugar Free Pancake Syrup |
| ⅓ cup | Peanut Butter |
| ¼ tsp | Sea Salt |
| 1 tsp | Real Vanilla Extract |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray Pam inside a large roasting pan. Dump all ingredients from oats through the nuts in pan and stir.
In a saucepan, warm/melt together the remaining ingredients. Once it is all melted together, pour over the mixture in the pan and stir til it is well coated.
Put pan into oven for a total of 1 and half to 2 hours (you'll know when it's done!) but you must stir the mixture once every 20 minutes!! Remove from oven and allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container.
**Caution!! Addictive!!!!!!!
