Swiss chard is a really great addition to this pasta side dish and it is incredibly easy to make.
Cook pasta until done, drain well, toss with vegetable oil,butter, garlic salt and lemon zest. Set aside.
Clean and chop Swiss chard into bite size pieces, cook in boiling salted water until tender and drain well. Toss with prepared pasta and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve as side dish.
Notes:
Goes well with steak and garlic bread.
